Core House Rules
Respect: Treat everyone: members, staff, and guests with respect at all times.
Safety First: Violence, threats, intimidation, or harassment are not allowed and may result in immediate removal.
No Weapons: Firearms, knives, or any weapons are not allowed on the property.
Clean Living: Members are responsible for keeping personal and shared spaces clean.
Personal Belongings
Use only your assigned storage areas.
Do not touch others’ belongings.
Keep personal food items in designated spaces.
The program is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Program Expectations
Productive Activity: Members must be involved in work, school, job search, volunteering, or life-skills training. Staff will verify.
Quiet Hours: Keep noise low after 9:00 PM. Use headphones in shared spaces.
Financial Responsibility
Membership fees (Rent) must be paid on time as agreed.
Conduct & Discipline
Warnings:
First issue: Verbal warning (documented)
Second issue: Written strike
Third issue: Written Strike & Probation or possible removal
Immediate Removal May Occur For:
Violence or threats to self, staff, and/or other members
Drug or alcohol abuse
Theft or property damage
Tampering with safety or security equipment
Privacy & Inspections
Staff may conduct room checks to ensure safety and rule compliance.
Any scheduled inspections will be communicated in advance when possible.
Security cameras are located in common areas only (living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway(s), etc).
Transition Planning
Members will work with staff to prepare for independent living, including housing, school, employment, and life skills planning.
Our housing program is designed to help members build life skills, maintain stable housing, and work toward personal, educational, and employment goals in a safe, respectful, and structured environment.
